FOUNDER'S AWARD

Upon completing my school studies, I graduated with the Founder's Award, given by Sir Roger Fry, the founder of Kings College Madrid, the school that I attended to. This award is given to the student that had contributed the most to both academic and pastoral aspects to the school. It is the highest award that can be achieved at King's College Madrid.

I was Head Girl, and through that role, I founded King's Talks, a platform for students to present talks on topics they were interested in (much like TedTalks), I organised Relate, a student led group to de-stigmatise mental health issues and provide support to fellow students. All the members of Relate received sign posting training and the initiative is still alive even 3 years after my graduation.

I was also a prominent member of the debating team, having won every debate I was entered in school, which would then lead me to get selected for the European Youth Parliament representative team of our school.

This award then helped me to begin my studies at Imperial College London University.
